My eyes arent working right.. please help.? - headaches seeing things in peripheral

I'm 14th I wear glasses, but only when I need it. Yesterday and today I had a twinkle in his eyes that look, because I can move. I see nothing good. I can only see half of things. If I can not fail to see in my peripheral vision in my left eye. I have a headache very painful and I also have nausiated. IM not sure what the reason for me, but its a lot. What could be the reason? and is it normal? What should I do?
